Most recipes in Club Kitchness are grain free and dairy free. Why? Grains and dairy are common inflammatory foods that can cause a lot of yucky things that can prohibit our best attempts to live well. Inflammatory are triggers for many conditions, including bloating, brain fog, imbalanced hormones, headaches, fatigue, skin conditions, stubborn weight issues, and so much more. I believe plates filled with protein, vegetables, healthy fat, fruit, and the elimination of processed, sugar-loaded food is the optimal fuel for healthy eating.
Workouts in Club Kitchness range from weight training, barre, high intensity interval training, yoga, cardio, and more. All workouts have modifications for every level, and require little to no equipment. I designed Club Kitchness workouts to be quick (all under 10, 20, or 30 minutes) and fun with a wide variety of fitness genres so you never get bored. Workouts can be streamed anywhere, any time when you’re a member.
